Tiramisu in this case is actually a layered candy and has pretty much nothing to do with the Italian coffee candy known by that name, which we also really like anyway. It's a little more complicated, and so much more lush.
Pour the dough into a strainer placed over an empty pan, then after draining, rinse with the collected cooking water. Finally, after draining again, heat the sauce for 2-3 minutes. It will definitely not stick together. You can also mix 2-3 teaspoons of cooking water into the sauce.

There is a lot of construction going on in and around Fonyód, so it is advisable to visit our hotel, because otherwise no restaurant is open, just as we are not open to street guests.
